Our computer raised floor systems give server rooms, data centres, trading floors and high-spec offices a fully accessible service void beneath a level, load-rated finished floor. Engineered with steel-encapsulated panels on adjustable pedestals, every system is set out to the architect's grid and tested for point load and rolling load.
Data and control environments demand a perfectly flat finished floor, a clean service void for power and cooling, and a panel system that handles the point load of server racks without flex or noise — all installed without disrupting other trades.
We laser-survey the slab, set pedestals to a millimetre-accurate datum, lock the grid with stringers where load class requires it, and trim panels at the perimeter to a tight, gap-free reveal. Every void is left clean and labelled for the M&E follow-on.
A level, load-rated and fully accessible floor that protects the cable management strategy and gives facilities teams effortless future access to every service.
