Operable walls only deliver their rated acoustic performance if the structural support, head track and floor profile are right. Get any one wrong and the wall is decorative, not functional.
We survey soffit deflection and floor flatness before track install, fix the head track to a manufacturer-approved structural support, and commission every seal until rated performance is achieved on site.
