The Brief
Challenge, solution, outcome.
Challenge
Banking-grade acoustic separation between trading floors, dealing rooms and executive suites, all delivered within an aggressive main-contract programme.
Solution
We sequenced ceiling and partition packages floor-by-floor, used acoustic double-stud walls for sensitive zones, and installed operable wall systems for the executive conference suite.
Outcome
Handed over on programme to ABSA's main contractor with zero defects raised on first inspection.
