Challenge, solution, outcome.
Ernest Chemists needed a repeatable interior standard that could be rolled out across new and refurbished branches without disrupting trading. Each store had different ceiling heights, services routing, and structural constraints.
We standardised a modular suspended ceiling design with integrated recessed lighting, curved bulkheads over service counters, and skimmed walls finished to a premium paint specification. Works were programmed in tightly sequenced night shifts to keep stores trading.
A cohesive, brand-consistent retail environment delivered on time across every branch, with zero trading disruption and improved in-store lighting performance.
