The Brief

Challenge, solution, outcome.

Challenge

The brief called for a long-span, monolithic ceiling that could conceal extensive M&E services while being robust enough for a heavy footfall environment.

Solution

We installed a fully suspended plasterboard ceiling with seamless skim coat, integrated access hatches, and a low-VOC paint system specified for public buildings.

Outcome

A bright, modern customer hall that meets DVLA's service standards and dramatically improved the visitor experience.
