Challenge
Repeatable, durable interior finishes across 30 units with strict cost control and rapid sequencing between trades.
Solution
We standardised a single ceiling and wall detail across all units, ran two parallel finishing crews, and used a hard-wearing trade paint system to maximise service life.
Outcome
All 30 units handed over within programme, with a finish quality praised by the project consultants on final inspection.
